SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return items from your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept unworn items with original tags and refund your payment within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you wish to exchange items from your purchase, we will gladly exchange unworn items with original tags for non-sale item(s) of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Remaining balance in any exchange will be issued in the original form of payment.
In the event of a refund or exchange, the customer assumes all return shipping costs. We encourage keeping and using one of our resealable and reusable shipping envelopes.
Items damaged in transit are unfortunately not eligible for refunds or returns.
All discounted/sale purchases and gift card sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
